        At present,the first phase of the project has an investment of 200 million yuan and has 8 complete production lines with a total length of more than one kilometer, including the product’s raw material deployment, foaming, injection molding, drying, washing, punching and trimming, finally airing and packing. Advanced production equipment in flow production line allows us to ensure product quality while having efficient shipping capabilities.The factory also has an ingredient research and inspection laboratory with an area of 300 square meters, which is divided into five different functional inspection areas. The entire production is controlled by computer. Every production link is monitored randomly from time to time to strictly ensure that the quality, hygiene and health all meets domestic and international standards. And the Company has a senior production technology team, of which the average experience in the latex industry is 10 years, to meet customer requirements to a greater extent, and keep improving.
